Our dedicated Employment team has extensive experience advising both employers and employees.  We advise on all aspects of employment law including disciplinary and grievance  procedures, policies and contracts of employment, discrimination, structuring severance agreements and compromise agreements, TUPE, restrictive covenants and confidentiality obligations, and all other aspects of day to day employment law.  Our Employment team has also successfully represented clients in the Employment Tribunal and often designs and delivers training to employer clients.
